Effective 2025. Jobnira provides a career growth portal with job listings, coaching services, digital resources, and merchandise. By accessing or using our website at jobnira.com, you agree to these terms.
1. Services Overview
1.1. Career Services: Individual coaching sessions, group workshops, subscription-based access to premium listings.
1.2. Information Products: E-books, online courses, webinars, digital career guides.
1.3. Goods: Branded merchandise, printed materials.
2. User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information, maintain confidentiality of their account credentials, and use our services in compliance with applicable laws and policies.
3. Fees and Billing
All fees are in local currency and due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit and debit cards. Billing details are processed through secure third-party providers.
4. Refund and Transfer Policy
We strive to ensure satisfaction. Below are the specific policies by product type.
4.1 Career Services
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase via contact form.
- Approved refunds are issued using the original payment method within ten business days of approval.
- Users may request to transfer unused sessions to an alternate date or another individual at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Transfer requests are subject to availability and must be submitted via contact form.
- If services are fully delivered, no refunds will be granted. This ensures the quality and commitment of our coaching team.
4.2 Information Products
- Due to the instant access nature, no refunds are available once the product link is delivered.
- If you experience technical issues preventing access, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will provide troubleshooting assistance or issue a replacement link.
- Transfers of digital products are not supported.
4.3 Physical Goods
- Unused items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. The user is responsible for return shipping to our address.
- Returns must be shipped to: 10 Bayfront Avenue, Marina Bay Sands, Singapore 018956.
- Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund using the original payment method within ten business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Exchanges are available based on stock. Contact us via contact form for requests.

All content, trademarks, and logos are owned by Jobnira. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
6. Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jobnira is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of our services.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
